Yes, all of our products are free of parabens, sulfates, and other harmful ingredients. We believe in using only the best, most natural ingredients in our formulations.
We typically ship orders within 3-5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders in the United States arrive within 5-7 business days.
Due to the nature of small batch production and in-person sales, inventory may occasionally vary. If an item is unavailable, a comparable substitution of equal or greater value may be made thoughtfully with your experience in mind. Samplers or complimentary items may be included as a courtesy.

Inventory is subject to change due to small batch production and in person sales. In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, a comparable substitution of equal or greater value may be made. When possible, a sampler or complimentary item may be included.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists prior to purchase. Intentionally Pure is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities. Please discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Intentionally Pure is not responsible for shipping delays or packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the shipping provider directly for assistance.
